Meet the Founder
My name is Raven Watts.
My name is Raven Watts, and I founded Red Stick Home Support because helping people has always been more than a job to me — it's my purpose.
Throughout my career in healthcare and patient services, I've had the privilege of working closely with individuals and families during some of life's most important moments. Those experiences taught me that while medical care is essential, what many people need just as much is compassion, companionship, and someone they can truly depend on.
Over the years, I've met seniors who simply needed someone to talk to, families overwhelmed by caregiving responsibilities, and individuals who wanted to remain independent but needed a little extra support to do so safely. I realized there was a need for a company that didn't just complete tasks but genuinely cared about the people behind them.
That's why I created Red Stick Home Support.
Our goal isn't just to provide services. Our goal is to build meaningful relationships, treat every client like family, and give loved ones peace of mind knowing someone trustworthy is there when they can't be.
Every Home Support Specialist on our team is chosen not only for their skills but also for their kindness, patience, integrity, and heart for serving others. We believe that compassion cannot be taught — it must come from a genuine desire to help people.
